This study aims to analyze the strategy of managing Sundanese cultural archives through the SundaDigi application at Universitas Padjadjaran. The research is motivated by the weak management of cultural archives, which often leads to accumulation, loss, and limited accessibility. A qualitative approach with a case study method was employed, as SundaDigi is considered a contextual phenomenon in archive preservation efforts. Data collection techniques included document study, interviews with archive managers and cultural practitioners, as well as observation of the application’s use. The data were analyzed using content analysis to identify patterns, themes, and strategic meanings related to digital archive management practices. The findings reveal that SundaDigi functions as a medium for documentation, protection, and conservation, while also expanding public accessibility. Furthermore, the application supports education, research, and cultural promotion, strengthens cultural identity and collective pride, and creates opportunities for tourism development and economic sustainability through digital cultural preservation.
